How to Participate
Centers must notify us of their intent to participate in order for us to allocate a panel for their work. Please ensure that notifications are submitted no later than April 12, 2024. Completion of an application is a prerequisite for participation.To ensure a smooth and professional showcase of your work, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Transport and Installation: Please transport your full-color artwork prints to the conference venue and place them on your assigned display panel before the judging deadline. The panels are 8 ft by 4 ft, and push pins will be provided for installation. Your assigned panel will be located in the exhibit hall. Installation should take place on Tuesday, May 14 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Business Card Placement: Upon installation, please place a business card on the board alongside your artwork to facilitate inquiries and networking opportunities.
Design Credit: Artwork can be produced by an agency or in-house team, but it must bear appropriate designation or credit in the artwork file.
