In our industry, how can we recruit and retain our donors while engaging our employees? There are many different approaches a blood center can take to tackle these obstacles. In this webinar, we will discuss targeted tactics recently used in the industry and the observed results. Some tactics that will be discussed are recruitment and retention of first-time donors, the use of AI in recruitment, and fostering employee engagement through creativity and embracing that our collection team members have a front row seat to our lifesaving work.
